How do I book?
Search From, To and a date, choose a bus, pick boarding and drop-off, select seats, add passengers, enter the SMS code, then pay. The QR ticket opens after payment is confirmed.
How long is a seat held?
Eight minutes while you finish passenger details. The booking hold continues until payment or the hold expires.
When is the ticket confirmed?
Only after PayHere notifies yes book now and the amount matches. The page you return to only checks that status.
How do I cancel?
Open My bookings, then the ticket, check the refund, and cancel. Refund status stays on that ticket.
Where is my QR ticket?
My bookings, then the booking reference. It appears when the status is confirmed.
I did not get the OTP.
Check the mobile number and request the code again.
